1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our store.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or message so you can monitor your parcel.


6. Local Pickup (Durban Only)

We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Durban.

You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection and provided with pickup instructions.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected items only.

Please note:

  • COD is not available for all products.

  • COD eligibility will be indicated on the product page.

  • Customers must be available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Cuddly Cubby is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
